resources, E-Learning solutions and Online Counselling for Teachers, Students and
Parents.

demographic profile (like your age, gender, address, etc), a username and password.
You also have the option of linking to your Google account. You must keep your
account and registration details current and correct for communications related to
your purchases from the Website.

confidentiality of your username and password and any activity under the account
will be deemed to have been done by you. In the event you provide us with
false/inaccurate details or the Company has a reasonable ground to believe that
false and inaccurate information has been furnished, we hold the right to
permanently suspend your account.

Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning
of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. are
not eligible to use the Site.
However, if you are a minor, i.e. under the age of 18 years
and over the age of 13 years, you may use the Site under the supervision of a parent
or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. Witknowlearn
reserves the right to terminate or refuse your registration, or refuse to permit
access to the Site, if it is discovered or brought to its notice that you are a
minor.
Security
Transactions on the Website are secure and protected. Any
information entered by the User when transacting on the Website is encrypted to
protect the User against unintentional disclosure to third parties. The User's
credit and debit card information is not received, stored by or retained by
witknowlearn. This information is supplied by the User directly to the relevant
payment gateway which is authorized to handle the information provided and is
compliant with the regulations and requirements of various banks and institutions
and payment franchisees that it is associated with.
Free Trial Membership
Witknowlearn may, at its sole discretion, offer a
Subscription with a free trial for a limited period in which limited service will be
offered and resources will be restricted as compared to full package plan. We
reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or
cancel orders in our sole discretion.
Paid Membership Plan
Currently, we are offering 1-year subscription plans for
Teachers, students and parents and the amount varies depending on different
grade/grades, subject/subjects and board and the price varies from each person as
per their requirements and the customization of the product. We may extend our plan
depending upon the circumstances which may vary in charges. We reserve the right to
refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our
sole discretion.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to
Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion,
for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a
breach of Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply
discontinue using Service.
All provisions of Terms which by their nature should survive
termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership
provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Refunds/Cancellation
Please read the subscription terms and conditions carefully
before subscribing to any of the subscription plans as once you have subscribed you
cannot change, cancel your subscription plan. Once you subscribe and make the
required payment it shall be final and there cannot be any changes or modifications
to the same and neither will there be any refund.

Prohibited Uses
You may use Service only for lawful purposes and in

Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or
activity.

determined by us, may harm or offend Company or users of Service or expose them
to liability.
